Activate PaymentMate®
PaymentMate and mPaymentMate require activation before you may use the applications on your PC or mobile device. If your business or organization hasn't opted for our automated activation service, you'll need to activate PaymentMate in each device when launching the application for the first time. If you haven't installed PaymentMate, you may download it from our Download PaymentMate page.
Request Activation Code
What's required
When PaymentMate first launches on each device, it asks you to enter:
- The Zip Code for your business or organization
- The RNID or Gateway code assigned to your business or organization, emailed to your dedicated activation contact
- The Activation Code for your PaymentMate application (see instructions below)
How to obtain activation code
To receive an Activation Code, either:
- Use the 24/7 request activation code form on this page, or
- Contact our support help desk during the hours listed below to request the Activation Code.
